1:40 sec rest
Indoor options: Air Bike, Curve Treadmill, Versa Climber, Rower, Sled Push, Shuttle Run
2-4 Sets x 5-6 Reps
If you cannot maintain at least 85% work output (Cal, Distance, RPM, ect) either take the next rep (after falling below 85% output) off, or STOP. This is meant to be HIGH OUTPUT hence high rest.
Rest 2-3 min between round
